FP and Passport

Hi Folks, need some help here.

My ND is Sep 26th 2003 EB3...

Not to mention that no ND yet and may not be there till late july or so.

I need to send my Passport for H1b stamping, now my question is that if I send my passport now, there is no way I get that back before september or so, meanwhile If I get FP notice and I have to go for that, do I need my passport?

My attorny says yes you do but you can always explain them that why you do not have your passport with you and driving licence should work, well explaining something to them.......hoooooooo....

I just want to request any one who has gone thru such scene to share his/her expereince with me.

btw.. Ran scan script for Sep 12th and found that script is aborting vary soon, i could see only 2 i-140's result out of 1000 I provided as paramemter, one of them was approved on may 4th...anyways... :mad:

Now it is taking 60 days for the stamping(Revalidation) in US. I got in 70 days[This is One month back]. This is to inform you and have your calculations.

I have heard from internal sources that you cannot use Sam's Club card for ID purposes
 
no, i am not going to use that, i also heard this from my attorny, he asked me to use office id, my office id has a picture of mine, he asked me to use that.... :p

any one can share there expe plz?
