FP and national security

I trying to put a theory to table for comments.
Is it possible that TSC and in fact whole of the department is going ahead to get the FP done for all the Immigrants in line for 485. This may be an easy way to get FP for security reasons. This way they will also have FP of the people from so called safer/ level II countries.
This may be a reason that any and every one is getting FP notices. They do not care for 485 approvals as they do not have enough money to hire people and and they do not care for service any way.
Non approval of 485 indirectly keeps the wage bill low (as payed to the so called able immigrants). May be this is the way to compete with other countries and their products.

You are absolutely correct on this theory.I could not agree more.
No wonder the FP notices are going to any body who just calls the INS.
What a great Consipiracy.
Since the FP are given and the processing time increased to 999.
this gives these guys even more time to maximize the delay.

I think there is nothing wrong with Texas INS. It is federal Govt, that is responsible for the backlog and delay. Fed govt is fully engaged in War,security,economy etc. there is hardly any motivation for them to improve immigration processes. Federal govt is completely aware of delays in Texas. If they really want to improve then INS can not delay processing,certainly not 900+ days. Who knows, Fed govt would have asked INS to deliberately slow down the processing.!!!
Its just our bad luck.
