I am going ahead with re-filing I-485 on the same I-140 as my attorney missed to send the birth related proofs in the first package. If both of my applications gets accepted, will I be getting FP notice and EAD twice? do I have a choice to surrender the first EAD and get the 2nd EAD as this will be based on the complete application and i want to process my 2nd application.PLEASE REPLY....
