FP after RFE, how long it will take to get the approval

Here is my details.

RD First week of July 2001
FP for my self in September 2002
Wife's First FP in November 2001
Second FP in December 2003
Got RFE for Empl letter on 03/15/2004 from Officer 255
Replied to RFE on 04/03/2004

INS Acknowledged the RFE on 04/07/2004

INS Issued FP on 04/19/2004 to go to Local INS on 05/07/2004
The online status never updated to FP issued, it still says
'we received RFE docuements......'

But we have a local DELA office, who does the FP, which will be routed through Nebrasaka INS

Did my FP on 04/27/2004 and FBI forwarded the results to Lincoln Nebraska on 05/07/2004

For our prior FP's also, we went to this same office, and it got routed through Nebraska INS

Question is, does any body expericed similar situation..

Went through exactly the same problem.

RD/ND: 4/2001
1st FP: 6/2002
RFE: 2/2004
RFE received: 3/2004
2nd FP: 3/2004

2nf FP sent to nebraska by DLEA. Called FBI and they cleared and sent to Nebraska same day as they were received, which was 11 days after fp was done. 5 weeks passed after FP and then I wrote a letter to officer # on the RFE and TSC director informing them politely that FP were sent to nebraska instead of TSC. 2 weeks later approval letters received.
