FP after 15 months

Hi Guys,
I have seen some messages on this board saying that one has to redo the Finger Printing if 15 months have been passed, my question is does INS notifies about that or one has to Redo at his own and send them back.

they will send you a notice...

we just did ours for the 2nd time..

malikms_2000: So did they just send out the fingerprint notice like the first time around? Was there a letter or something accompanying the notice stating that your FPs have expired?

What if address is not updated..

I filed AR-11 form but who knows whether they updated their record or not??/ Shall i call them or lawyer's copy will be enough for finger printing. I am in different state now..can i go my previous state and have finger printing...pls advise

Very important to keep address updated

It is better to call them up and get it updated. The AR-11 probably updates one place but if we call, they would update at one more place( make us feel better ). No guarantee that four other places it probably - is not getting updated ( especially if some desis designed the database ... just pulling my own legs )
