Diamonds,

same thing happend to me. I did FP 11/04 together with my wife. so far no LUD since that. I called FBI and they told me that they received and processed our cases same day 11/04.

The issue is that they quickly found my wife's case by A# and mine was not found  I called again in a week and same result, so I asked to do a search by Last Name - and it came up... I am in the system, but my FPs are not attached to my A#. I am not sure if it's going to be a problem in future, my attorney told me to wait about 1 mo, and if nothing happens send a request to USCIS to check the status on my FPs.

So, next week I talk to my attorney to send a request and try to fix this mess.

At the same time it looks like bunch of people who did FPs at Hartford's ASC on 11/04 have no updates about their FPs, so it could be a mass mess.

GL.

Thanks Md-Rockville,
I want to inform you guys that I called today again to FBI for my FP-2 and asked them this time by last name and they found my fingerprint and said my fingerprint came to us without A# so i asked them if they could attach it to my A# but they cant. They asked me to call INS. I called ins but they said you ask your attorney to call us. I dont think attorney could call them they are very busy all the time even difficult to talk to them anyway i will meet them soon. Let me know guys what to do???
GCG, what you did in your case?? please let me know and what your attorney told you? i like to hear from all other senior members on this matter.

Diamonds,

I came to know that the FBI has a misspelled A# for my FPs, at the ASC they had put a 2 instead of 0 in at the beginning of my A#, and because of this my FPs can't be found in the system.

I am not sure how BCIS tracks cases, if by A# them it looks like I am in truoble now and have to fix this ASAP. I already emailed my attorney and waiting for his response.

Good Luck.

GCG,
I met with my attorney in this matter and he called FBI infront of me and face same problem as me. Then he asked them by last name and date of birth and social Sec.# then they got my FP then they suggest her to writes letter to explain this problem to USCIS. My attorney will do that. any exprience or suggestion are welcome.
