Hi all ,
today i got FP-1 notice , but i got in july FP-1 notice that month only i gave my finger prints -1 , after LUD on my I 485...next got rfe (AC21 invoke), responded ins received , after LUD on i 485...
after that no LUD's on i 485 ...see my signature.
i called ins , they told got struck in NC...
now i got FP-1...but no LUD on i 485...
my Q's :
i 'm going to india in next month (dec) 1 st week,so can i give my FP1 now or not ....?
if i give FP1 now...by luck its got I 485 approved ..i con't go to india ...b'case its very short time ....
so any gurus reply or advice can i take my FP1 or not ..or when i returened back i can give my FP or not...
