Four approvals for ND 4/11/2001

I just saw 4 cases were approved on Sept. 30, 2003. ND is 4/11/2001. At this point I really don't believe any theories but your own luck.

even though i am 2002. i believe they should follow a date order

Can you please update the consolidated file and post it. It is right now on version 30, so you could move it to the next version.

I have updated the consolidated file.
By the way, for those four approved cases, their status jumped directly from received to approved. No fingerprints status ever mentioned.
