I have completed four and a half month today of having fingerprints.
Did anybody received any kind of decision- positive or negative matching my statistics?

RD-jan02
ND-feb02
FP-may01
EB3, VA
EAC-02-100-5****
AD-:(

Another question is that when I feed in my daughter's EAC# on the INS website I see her RD different as mine and my wife's. Shows application received on 1st FEB'02 which is my ND, ie, 1st Feb'02.
Does this mean that my kid is going to be approved later? or does that mean nothing since my kid was not fingerprinted.
Thanks and appreciate for expert comments

Hey...

I dont think ur finger printing date has nothing to do with approval. Normally they go by RD.
And i am surprised by what u see on the websiet. If u finished ur finger printing in May and ur message should say some thing like this "On XXXX ??, 2002, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 APPLICATION TO ADJUST TO PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made."

My RD, ND and FP is very close to urs, the above message is what I get on the INS website.
U better call FBI or INS and find out what happened to ur finger prints
Yes... every dependent u add will have a diff EAC, number , so may be diff RD.

sorry, I correct myself

Thanks sudhi24
I correct myself. I didnot express myself clearly.
When I put my case #- The message is the one you just wrote, ie on june 3 2002, results of FP were received................When I put my wife's #- Same crap
But when I put my daughter's#- The message is "On Feb1st'02, we received your application I-485 for Permanent Residence. It is taking..........crap.
My question is why this is different as mine and my wife's.
I understand this is related to FP and my kid was not fingerprinted but our applications were send together. So why kids message is "received application 1st Feb'02 " and why not 18th Jan'02 which is my RD.
I guess Iam confused about RD and ND.
Thanks in advance

Hi

Message on ur child's EAC # is correct, INS always displays ND, even if you call AVM, that will also say ND and not RD.
