Forum Access Terribly Slow???

Forum access has been terrible slow for me this afternoon, is it only me or is happening for everybody?

Database needs tuning...

Does anyone know what database Rajiv's office is using for this forum? I guess it is time for their DBA to tune their database to improve performance.
