Formula for processing HACKED!!!

I have finally figured out the formula to estimate the approval(s).

(Year of Priority Date * Year of Labor Approved Date)-Last 2 digits of birth year (add the last 2 digits of your birthyear)

For example, if priority date was 11/10/04 and labor approved date was 5/5/03 and you are born in 1970

This means (04 * 03) - (7+0) = 5

************************************************
If you get a negative number, multiply the results with -3
***********************************************

This means that it will take:

5 business days (optimistic) or 5 months(pessimistic)
(for whatever processing you are waiting for).

This is the formula used by INS-Nebraska. Now if your paperwork is being processed at another center, you may have to find out the formula by contacting the CSR of your state.

Give it a try, what do u have to lose!!

Yeah, right. My case should have been approved 3 months before I filed it according to your formula.

(04*02) - (11) = "-3". Well if you ignore the -ve sign also it did not work. or could it be 3 years?!?

Only a month off in my case!
(03*04) - (4) = 8

It took 9 (and a half) months in my case.

- update -
oops, I did my math wrong, it should have been 12 - 10 = 2 instead. So the formula must be refined but I think we are onto something.!

My bad...

If you get a negative number, multiply that number with -3.

This will be your new prediction. Sorry for leaving that out.

Cfiler, I do not see how it could have missed yours by 1 month!! :D

At NSc these things won't work

see my case :-

(03*03)-(7+4)
9-13= 4

Means 4 months or 4 years. See my signature

Wondering, All NSC officer spending all thier time trying figure out how these Professor came out this formula, and keep issuing RFE for more and more evident how to get to the formula :D

Here is the best (Modified) formula :)

The best formula for NSC is : "You never know".

That gives peace of mind and also accurate :)

The actual formula =
(Your Data of Birth * Your Mom's Date of Birth)/ Your first Grand Child's Date Of Birth

Just kidding
