Forms to fill to apply for immigration - advise required please

Hi all

This is my first time post to this forum and I am very new to this process. I am planning to apply to immigrate to Canada under the skilled workers category and require advise.

1. What are the forms that I need to fill.? I have downloaded 5 forms from the CIC site. Do I have to fill them all now?

2. Is it advisable to go through an attorney or file ourself, I know we can apply ourself, however any body here on the forum used attorney? Is yes their experience

3. Do I have to obtain Fingerprints from FBI first before I apply or does that come at a later stage?

Just download Application Kit for Independent from concern Visa Office ( Buffalo ) at www.cic.gc.ca/english/skilled/how-2.html

You will find all the answers to your questions.

It's always better to send the required documents at a time to avoid delay in application process.
