Forms required??

Hi, my wife came to the states on a b-1 Visa, we married after she got her. She had no intention of marriage when she entered the US, and we didnt even know each other before she got here. We ended up meeting through a friend and got married. We are now wanting to apply for her permanent residence. What are the forms we need for both me to fill out and her. Do i need to file a petition and her file the application? And what about the filing fees? Which ones do we need to pay with the forms?

You are a US citizen, right? You need to file I-130 and I-485 together (and optionally but also recommended I-765 to apply for EAD and I-131 to apply for AP). Each form has many required supplementary forms and documents. Make sure to read the instructions for each form. The fees are $420 for I-130 and $1070 for I-485, but you will also need to pay money for the medical, and the amount will depend on the particular civil surgeon you choose.
