Forms Attestation

Greetings to all of you!!!

I have to send the no-objection forms to the consulate for attestation and before that I have to get them notarized. Does it matter if I would get the forms notarized from India or is it necessary that forms should be notarized here in usa,

You have to get them notarized here in USA. You can get them notarized in any bank.
