Can I invest in a LLC that my friends and I are going to form soon without violate the H1B laws?
As i know, I can only work for the LLC who sponser me to have the H1B visa.
And, as H1B holder cannot have any other source of income other than the sponser. Is this correct?
I was thinking to form a LLC business with my friends and have a % of membership interest in the LLC. Can I do that?
Does this consider as other source of income. Or, can it be treated as solely investment just like invest in the stock market?
