Hi all,
can someone kindly suggest me what could be done with this former employer of mine who has indirectly informed me that he was going to sue me for breaching the contract, and for staying still with the same vendor and end client? Also I got to know that they were trying to sue me on grounds of fake resume A. This I dont think would work out for them because they have submitted my original resume to get me a H1. But being in the consulting business for so long, would they be able to pin me through some loop holes? I am going to take legal adivce right away but I want few suggestions from people who have already gone through this kind of stuff. That would be a lot of help and moral support. Also to inform U guys, I havent been paid for the month of March ( the last month of working with the previous employer). All kinds of opinions are welcome. Regards.

u need an attorney's advice who needs to understand your complete case and then give advice/defence.

As far as the "Suing" is concerned , yes your employer can sue you on the basis of "Breach of contract" or "fake resume" , whether they are succesful is a diferent game ..
