Our son a US citizen applying for GC for us-both father and mother,what are the formats for parents dates of birth and marriage certificate and who can issue them in India ,as the parents are in India now.Will any one give us a detailed reply
What do you mean the "formats"? Are you referring to what the certificates look like? Or do you mean the forms that must be filled out when applying for the certificates?
