Format of Letter to Senator

Hello everyone
Can anyone please guide me as to the format of the letter to Senator/ address website link etc
My case status says that my case was transferred to the SJ office on april 27. However on checking at the local office last week, the case has not yet been transferred from Laguna Niguel .
I have instigated a first level inquiry myslelf and through lawyer. But meanwhile I also want to send a letter to the Senator....
Help will be greatly appreciated!

Here is the link to Dianne Feinstein office for Casework Services to request assistance in dealing with immigration agency.

You need to fill out/sign the authorization form, attach appropriate documents and fax them to appropriate office (I used SF office).

I would recommend also to call their office week later to follow-up.
