Format letter for senator/congressman

Also Can you please provide me the format for sending letter/email to the senator /congressman

Better to wait some more time???

I got desperate last month seeing all the approvals and then wrote letters to TSC and Congressman. The local congressman's office was extremely cooperative and checked with TSC.

After 2 days my case was transferred from TSC to VSC.

Don't know good or bad.

I still do not know where my file is. No notice yet after 2 weeks of transfer.

Also not sure if following up made them to act like that...

STUCKINTEXAS : Now that your case is approved do you still think that its not worth trying writing to senators ?
