Good morning to everybody.
I'm filling out the I-90 for my daughter who is 15 to replace old green card, which is also about to expire anyways.
I stumbled by question about "City of Residence":
"City of residence where you applied for immigrant visa or adjustment of status"
My situation:
1. Won GC in DV-2001 lottery
2. At time of application lived in N***, Ukraine
3. Application were sent to National Visa Center in Porthsmouth, NH at that time
4. Physically received visas in Warsaw, Poland
Logically sounds that city of residence would be N***, Ukraine.
But I-90 instructions state exactly the following:
"List the location of the US Embassy, or consulate or USCIS office where you became a permanent resident."
So, my question is what I put as an answer: Ukraine, Porthsmouth or Warsaw?
And how important is this question anyways in terms of possible denial of I-90 application?
I post this also into "Life after Green Card forum", so moderator can delete it from whichever is inappropriate place.
Thank you very much in advance.
