Alright I am quite confused but need some advice.

As you may know that My Step-Father and I moved out of our place a couple days ago and I recently changed my address, however someone on the Forum pointed out that my Sponser must change his address too with the I-865.

The problem is that the address I changed was my best friend's house cause I am currently staying there and expect to keep all mail going towards there until my Case is done (cause I dont want to be changing address twice a month, Officers have advise but that its not a great idea) and my Step-Father's (Sponser) house that he will be moving to wont be avaiable til March 24th of this year, he doesn't have a Vaild address for it just yet so right now his mail that is coming in is being forward to his brother's house until my step father moves.

So heres my queston, Would my step-father have to wait til he moves into his house on the 24th to File the I-865? or is there any other opition to do?

Thanks so much guys, wouldn't be here with out you guys.

I believe it is within 30 days of moving that one would need to report to USCIS the change of address. That applys to petitioners, beneficiariers, and sponsors.

Ahh ic, my step-father is sponsering me btw, so I guess I have time to mail it when the house is actually avaialble.

thank you guys, I had this stuck in my mind and well im glad I know what to do.
