I am little confused here...so please help me out.
My wife's Conditional Greencard is set to expire on 6/11/2011.
We are finally getting to put the package together but I noticed I am not sure if I am interpreting this correctly.
"If you are a conditional resident, you should apply to remove the conditions 90 days before your card expires."
Does this mean we should have filed it before 3/11/2011? Or does it mean we can file 90 days before and upto 6/11/2011?
