Form I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence. Filed and waiting.

Hello I have sent the I-751 with two money orders that combines to $590.00 through the USPS on 01/11/2014. It is now 2/23/2014 and I have not received the Notice of Action (NOA) from USCIS yet. The Conditional Residence expires on 03/23/2014. Should I wait for the NOA via mail? Or is there something else I can do??
 
Call the USCIS to make sure that they got the package. If yes, then, there is nothing to worry because the NOA might come soon, but if you wait long enough and then realize that the packet got lost, you can at least send another packet.
