Ema,

Check the first option.
If you read that paragraph carefully, it says:
a. an immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number has been
approved. (Attach a copy of the approval notice, or a relative, special immigrant juvenile or
special immigrant military visa petition filed with this application that will give you an
immediately available visa number, if approved
.)

it’s a bad wording, I agree.
Your I-130 an immigrant petition, filed concurrently with your I-485, will give you a visa number immediately.
Only US citizens imidiete relatives can file like that.

Question for I-130 and I-485

Hi! if you will file I-130 and I-485 concurrently , where do you send the application? Is It in Chicago Center or In California? Since the petitioner residing in California.

Another question can they send it to the nearest Immigration and Naturalization Center or embassy where the beneficiary resides?

Thank you!

Can you just read the instruction?

Thank you Jane, The spouse or the beneficiary is residing in Northern Mariana Island, this is a US territory and they are under the jurisdiction of Guam.

Just want to clear again, if it is the case she can file the I-485 in Guam. Am I right?
