1) What is the significant of question #8 in 140 form "Is this a new position?
(Y/N)"? If it is a new position will they deny 140? What is the intension of CIS to ask this question to employer?
2) The total number of employess counted only to US or total worldwide?
3) At what stage of the green card process, the employer should pay the salary mentioned in the LC ?
4) If my employer says to CIS they pay the LC salary only after getting the CARD, will it lead to any RFE/denial of I140?
