Form I-134 (affidavit of support) expiration

Hi,
The Form I-134 on the USCIS website has an expiration of 04-30-07. What does this expiration mean? I cannot get it notarzied after 04-30-07 or it cannot be used for visa purposes after 04-30-07? USCIS has not updated the latest form yet.

U can use the form whatever is available.
