Form G-325A

Greetings to all:
On form G-325A, if I don't have the date of birth of a previous wife and no way to contact her, should I leave the space blank or write "none" or "not known". Thanks in advance for your help.

Unknown. Though in this culture it definitely will raise eyebrows of the interviewer. I had a loving mother but I did not know her birthday, not too strange where I come from

I would think it would be a non issue since its a previous wife. If it was for the wife youre with now then most certainly there would be some raised eyebrows.
