Anyone here filled out a form called "G-325A - Biographic Information" by yourself? There is a section there that says, "Applicant's employment last five years."
My friend worked last 4 years without any work permit on W2. She paid taxes for all those years. Her lawyer is filing her case in EB2 category. The lawyer has also asked for 2 years of tax return (the W2s). My friend is wondering if she should list last 4 years jobs in this section. Should she be honest and list all those jobs or not? She is afraid if she lists the jobs on the form, later on, USCIS will ask for further details and put her I-485 process in jeopardy.

it is illegal to work with a permit !! that too for 4 years ..i
