Hello,
My sister is house-wife (not working) and is U.S. citizen, my brother in law is also U.S. citizen and is the earning member of the family.
Now, my sister wants to sponsor green-card for my parents in India, but she does not work.. so which form does she needs to fill?
1) Does she need to fill form I864? If yes, then in question 22 -they are asking whether she is a) employed b) unemployed since..c) retired d) self-employed.
now since she is house-wife and has not worked ever ever so does she need to fill it as unemployed since..?
2) Does my brother in law needs to fill the form I864A or I864?? as he will be the financial sponsor as my sister does not work?
Please advice.
