Form for notifying the Washington

Sorry for posting this in this forum but I would like know where the forms are available so that I can send my address change which I informed to the INS but not that Washigton address(BCIS or FBI..whatever)...

We changed in Jan 2003. Will it be a problem if we notify now...

AR-11

Attached AR-11 is the one to send the change of address. It shouldn't be a problem even if you send it now. Try to have a proof that you sent the change of address request.

You dont have to notify D.C.
The form goes to a Kentucky address.
