im a usc and file an 1-130 for my family kids and wife. got the denial letter of the petion from uscis. the denial letter was due to the claim of relationship beetween the petitioner (me) and the benificiary. in other words i make a mistake of submitting the petitiion. i didnt iclude the birth cerificate of my kids and my marriage contract. so they deny my i 130 and sent to me a form EOIR - 29. I fill up this form and sent the payment to uscis 0f 110 dollars each and since then 7 mos was past no response from uscis. my question is how long i need to wait to see this process to move on. it realy wasting time to check the processing dates in uscis website coz everyday i check bu yet still in INITIAL REVIEW. Anyone here can help me? like advising me to get a immigration lawyer? i need help realy bad. I spent a lot of money for this petition. and Im tired of waiting for my family.
