Form DS230 Expiration

On Form DS230 the expiration is May 2004.
Is this creating any Issue ? or is this form being accepted at the Consulates ?

In any case, you may want to use the most currrent version of DS230 (ie July 2004) version. The earlier version expired in May 2004.

My Attorney got the May 2001 form. So is it ok to send them filled.
He says that there is no way to get the latest ones.

Please share your good/bad experiences
 
Just to give you an idea, it is always better to use the current form. But in mycase, I used the form which expired in May 2004 and they reviewd it without any issues. My review is completed yesday. To be in safe side, please check with your attorney on this issue and see what he is going to say.

Hi,

The form that has expired in May 2004 is still valid. I have received the same form from Chennai consulate for my interview in Nov. So the forms are still valid.

Sorry for late response.. it took 8days for them to review. Always you can check on cptracker..

Since the NVC has sent the old ones they may review it as well.

But hope it does not get stuck beyond that i.e. at the consulate
