This is probably going to sound like a silly question but Form DS-230 says "using the enclosed self-adhesive return address label"
I assume the form is just the one from last year, and they have not updated to coincide with the fact that they do not send out letters anymore? It also says 'case number on envelope", which again is confusing as there is no envelope.
Do I need to send a self addressed sticker label to them with my forms?
