Hello,i was selected in the diversity visa program,and I need some help about the d2-230 form.
The ds-230 form says that each member of my family must complete one,so in the education question,do I have to write all schools for each child and my spouse?Do they need to have a high school too,or only the principal needs to have ?
Should i complete one copy of the ds-230 for all members or only for me?
Also how exactly must i send the forms? Should i put every form in a separate envelope or all together?
Another question i have is,should i put my case number at the upper right of every page of form ds-230 and dsp-122?
