Form didnt reach to KCC. 10days over

I send (normal post) pakage to Kcc 12,may2009. It 10 dayes back.
But it didnt deleverd to kcc yet. I sent a letter too, to my sister in
UAS same time but she didnt get it yet.
In this situation what should I do............

* Shell I e-mail to Kcc
* Shell I send another set
* Is it ok to use dowenloaded copy of ds230 & dsp122 from "official forms"
website.
* Will it be any problem if two set of pakage are sent.
* will this dely hemper my chance to get second NL

Please inform me. I m consern. Thanks in advance.
 
10 days is nothing, 2 week at least, and they need somtime to process.
It is not problem if they r lost (they wont but in worst case scenario) because you could download them at any time, and fill them and send again. so just wait another week or 2 and call then KCC.

Downloadable forms

Hi guys,

quick question on that, in case you would use the downloadable forms from the website are they also OK to send over to KCC. Or does it have to be the original ones KCC sent over.

I printed out the downloadable ones but it turns out the A4 paper size here in europe is a bit bigger then the US ones. Can I risk to use my own prints or are they so strict to only allow the original ones.

Moreover Id like to fill the forms out again using the pc as my handwriting is not super precise so then you are obliged to use the website ones.

Forms reached to KCC

After 32 days My forms reached to KCC. My brother in law Called to KCC and the confirmed that they recived my forms and processining is underway. Aniway thanks every one helping with valuable informations. WBR
