First Issue: I am having trouble finding consistent and clear information regarding the final assembly of my concurrent I140/I485 filing (Artist of Extraordinary Ability).
Can anyone point me to good information regarding the exact order of the forms? All checks on top left? photocopy separate evidence for each? photos all in one envelope?
Although this information is clear on USCIS.GOV for each form separately, it does not clarify how this works for concurrent filing.
Second Issue: I am staying in status by keeping my 0-1 current. But it expires in a week and I only have the recent receipt (not approval) for the renewal. Approval will likely take three months. Can I still file I140/485, how do I document status.. the receipt only and last year's approval?
