Form 940 or Form 1120 => Tax return

Does anybody know about form 940 or for 1120? Which one can be send as a tax return? I don't understand.....My lawyer doesn't want to tell me about it.

Form 940 is federal unemployment tax form, 1120 is US corporate income tax return, both are filed annually
