Can someone clarify this please?
I am the principal 485 applicant and My wife and son are co-applicants. Should I use Form 130 or 864? If I should use 864, on Part 2(basis for filing affidavit of suport), which entry should I check? a) I filed/am filing the alien relative petition; b) I filed/am filing an alien worker petition on behalf of the intending immigrant, who is related to me as_____________.
