Form 1722 to get it stamped or not

I have searched through some previous posts but I have not been able to get a clear idea or statistics. For N400 interview it is required to get form 1722 from IRS.

But does it need to be stamped by the local IRS office?.

I talked to a IRS agent and was told that the form 1722 will be on IRS letter head. Whether it needs to be stamped is not their (IRS) call.

I will be calling our beloved USCIS toll free number for some clarification but I would appreciate some response from this knowledgeable and experienced group of people.

Not: The form N-659 that came with the NOA I797c does not say anything about stamping form 1722. Here are the exact wording

"An original IRS 1722 letter (call IRS toll free at 18008291040), listing tax information for the past five years (or for the past three years if you are applying on the basis of marriage to a U.S. citizen)."

I don't think so. If they want it "stamped" (which i've never heard of) I doubt USCIS would advise us to order it over the phone.
There's no mention of any "stamping" in USCIS letter, so I'm gonna take them (the 1722 is actually tax return transcripts) the way the IRS sent them to me.
