DS-156 question:

In my case, my GC is sponsored (concurrently filed - I 140 approved and I-485 being processed) by another employer as a future employee.

I'm answering "Yes" to the question on whether someone has filed an immigration petition on my behalf.

Also, I have put the sponsoring company's name for the question "If yes, who?"

Will this create any problem?

Please help.

visa cancelled/revoked question

What about question - if visa has ever been cancelled/revoked ?

I changed employer after my 1st year in USA, then got a new H1-B stamp in passport with new employer's name and a "cancelled w/o prejudice" stamp on my old H1-B visa. Also assume that 1st employer sent a request to INS for cancellation of I-121. Should I mark "Yes" for this question in this case ?
Since there is no room to add comments, I would not like my answer to be misinterpreted and reasoned to deny a visa stamp.

In my understanding ( correct me If am wrong ) , getting an older visa cancelled (cancelled without Prejudice) is not equal to getting a "VISA CANCELLED"

Anytime a new visa is stamped they normally cancel the olde visa by stamping it "Cancelled without prejudice"

You shold be okie by saying you have never got a visa cancelled.
