Forgot to write case number on the forms

Hello, what could happen if you forgot to write the case number on the forms from the first package? Would this disqualify the applicant?

you just forgot to indicate the case number on the upper right hand of the forms..am I right..?

That's right. I did enter the number on the form itself where appropriate, just forgot to do it on the upper right corner.
