Forgot to sign the check, EAD paper file

Help please. I Forgot to sign the check, EAD paper file

I mailed application for EAD to NSC on Nov 15th but just now I see that I forgot to sign the check. Has any one with similar situation? Will they return my application ?

Any one was/is in the same boat ? Do I need to send one more application/check since not sure how long they take to return the application? What are my options ?

They'd take a month or month and half to return your application.

Here is my exp:

I filed my EAD on Oct 14th (Paper filing), never got receipt #..I efiled again on Nov 14th. Today 11/21 - They returned my old EAD application (rejected because the I-765 form was not signed). But took month and a week to returned that.

It has receipt # too and TSC asked me to sign that resend the whole package for speed up the process. (But i have already efiled).

Now i have no idea to withdraw the returned application or leave as it is. if you have enough time, then wait for their returned mail and refile. If not E-File.

Experts, comment please..

I have resent another application with another signed check on Nov 20th . I hope they will return back the first application.
 
now the real question is , do we need to withdraw this rejected application? becuase it has a receipt # ? I'll call CUSTOMER Service on Monday and let you know.

Anybody has any input would be apprecaited too...

I got a Receipt of the application which I sent on Nov 15th and the online status shows this application is rejected and returned back.

" On November 19, 2007, we determined that this I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION was not properly filed, rejected it, and mailed it back to you with all supporting materials along with a notice describing the reasons the case was rejected. The notice will also describe what will need to be done to properly submit the case "
