forgot to fill one column on I-765

Hi all,

I just sent my renewal for EAD on Monday; then, today, I just realized that I forgot to fill out the date of my last EAD being approved. What should I do?
I think I should wait until I got the receipt number from BCIS or should I re-sent the form again right now. I am just afraid that if I sent it now, they might as well lose it.
