forgot i-693 in application

hey guys,

i send in my i-140/i485 along with those for my wife. as luck will have it, I forgot to include her sealed i-693. i am planning to send it tomorrow with a cover letter. is that okay? is there anything else I can do?

I will appreciate any help.

Q13: Can applications be filed without a required medical examination report?
A13. Yes. Consistent with its current regulations and practice, USCIS will accept adjustment of applications filed pursuant to Visa Bulletin No. 107 without a completed medical examination. In such cases, USCIS will issue a request for evidence.

so, would you say just waiting for the RFE instead of sending in the exam result with a cover letter. i am afraid that it may get lost. on the other hand, if they delay the RFE by over 6 months, we will have to do the medical exam again. what would you suggest?
 
I would wait for the Receipt Notice, which will give case number(s) for your files, before sending any additional documents. When sending them, you will then be able, in your cover letter, to link them to your file(s) using the reference number(s) in a relatively safe way.
