It's just like the receipt says - 365-540 days. The processing really stumbled on the July 2001 and now, that the INS is processing less I-485 in a given period of time than there were filed in same period last year, it's taking longer and longer...
Give it, INS, a credit; it tried to speed the processing up, hats off to J. Ziglar, but under the current circumstances it's impossible to have any kind of breakthrough and it only gets longer.
