Foreign trips puzzlement… Include country in transit or not?

I’m not sure how to fill out N-400: Trips outside US.

My trip was to Switzerland via UK. I have waited for 4 hours transit in Hithrow airport for next flight connection.

Do I have to specify that I visited UK also in N-400 form section: “Countries to which you traveled” along with Switzerland for this trip?

I would just list Switzerland. Since you were in transit at Heathrow, you didn't really visit the UK.
