My spouse is getting ready for the immigrant visa and the question I have is that he lived outside his nationality country for couple of years. I want to know if the foreign country does not issue him a police certificate for some reason, will that create a problem when he goes for the interview. Will they reject his visa because of this reason. What are our options if we don't get the police cert. from the foreign country.
