Hello; I am a green card holder in the US. I have got married to a foreign physician. What is the easiest/fastest way to bring my wife to US. Should she come with a tourist visa and change her status here? She is trying to get a J1 but then does she have to go back to our home country after 3 years upon completion of her observership/fellowship? If I have a green card, can she apply for status change here in the US or she has to apply to US embassy back home? Any help is appreciated.
