Could you please let me know the phone number to call FBI inorder to find out my background clearance status ?
Do u have any idea how long does that take? Cause from your previous response as I could understand after receiving my FP code 1 clearance from FBI, IO will start working my processing.
Although in immigration processing it matters from case to cases. In this forum I have seen some saying it takes one day, some even 6 months. What's your thoughts on this issue?
You know after joining this forum & reading bunch of other's case history I got the feeling that I am been asked for everything for USCIS to approve my case & issue my GC. Now only thing that was never requested from me was RFE ( Which you mentioned earlier not any requirement for all applicants). So if that's the case & USCIS don't ask me for a RFE don't you think my approval is just knocking at the door????????
