Hi All,

I have heard that from now on For TN Visa, U have to take an appointment in US Consulate for stamping TN Visa.

I have searched from differeent sites but didnt find any thing like that.
so i want to confirm that Is any buddy heard tht thing.....is this true or not....

A Canadian citizen gets it right at a POE when entering the States. But a Mexican citizen has to go through a consulate I believe, unless that's changed.
 
If you are Mexican, Yes, you have to do your paperwork for a Tn visa at your local consulate or Ambassy if your are in Mexico.

If you already are in the States, you have to change your status, from visitor or turist to Tn worker using the USCIS.
